Boundaries Are Love
Creating Inner Peace By Honoring Your Limits
Do you feel like you are always putting others’ needs before your own? Are you a parent, teacher, nurse or other care taking professional who is experiencing burn out? Does the thought of disappointing people terrify you? If the voice in your head is shouting “YES!” then you’ve come to the right place. Dedicating time for yourself through therapy is a great first step in establishing a healthy balance across all areas of your life. I know that life is already stressful, so all of our sessions will meet virtually where you can participate from a place that is most comfortable for you.
Boundaries Matter
Reduce Overwhelm: By recognizing when you need to say "no" or "not right now," you prevent yourself from taking on too much. This allows you to prioritize your needs and avoid feeling stretched thin.
Boost Self-Respect: When you honor your own boundaries, you show yourself that you value your needs and well-being. This fosters self-respect, which leads to a deeper sense of inner peace and confidence.
Improve Relationships: Clear limits help prevent resentment from building up in relationships. By communicating your needs, others are more likely to respect your space, leading to healthier, more peaceful interactions.
Promote Mental Clarity: Honoring your limits means you're not constantly juggling conflicting demands or pushing yourself beyond capacity. This mental space allows you to think clearly, make thoughtful decisions, and feel more at ease.

Bryssa provided invaluable tools for both my children and my husband and I. She helped our kids find words to identify their feelings and age appropriate tools/techniques to cope with big feelings. She provided resources and tools to my husband and I to help us navigate parenting challenges. We all learned during our time with her and are continuing to use the tools she taught us.
Our family has better communication and we have grown together during our time with Bryssa. Parenting is tough! Having Bryssa in our corner made challenges more manageable. We are so grateful for her!

Meet Bryssa
I’m Bryssa and I am so happy you are here! I provide every client with empathy, understanding and authentic support for what they are experiencing. The best compliment from my clients is when they tell me that they see me as a cheerleader in their life. Together we will learn to: set boundaries, identify and communicate emotions, discover your personal power and develop your sense of self worth. My work is guided by both observable and measurable progress toward mutually agreed upon goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #118448) and am committed to the values of social work in everything that I do: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence. I look forward to meeting you!
